Established in 2005, is dedicated to providing arts-based events, education, and training to individuals with all abilities. The Rainbow Palette promotes the community inclusion of children and adults, people with disabilities, elderly and adults with low income by organizing accessible cultural activities such as art shows, festivals, and events in community spaces, public performances, classes and workshops.
The Rainbow Palette is supported, in part, by Massachusetts Cultural Council LCC Grants, Alternatives Unlimited, Bridging Grants, Mass Rehabilitation Commission and the, Blackstone Valley Sugaring, "Artist Painted Bucket Auction", Art sales and commissions as well as financial or in-kind donations from the community.
The Rainbow Palette Arts
The Rainbow Palette Arts & Cultural Services are arts based education and vocation and works towards total personal wellness and quality of life utilizing the creative arts, as well as opportunities for meaningful community inclusion. The arts curriculum includes classes in the visual arts (painting, drawing, sculpture, crafts, and printmaking), music and literary arts (poetry, storytelling).
The Rainbow Palette Students are also encouraged to engage in the cultural life of the community by attending and contributing to art exhibits, by performing at public venues and attending community Cultural events.

Offered to individuals with Low income and funded by state grants, Collaborative grants and fundraising projects.
The Rainbow Palette TLC Program is dedicated to the idea that people can gain strength, enjoyment and fulfillment through arts.
Our mission is teach Art, Crafts and music to people with Disabilities, those populations with physical and mental limitations, low income and the elderly.
We assist with creative skills, help build self esteem and nurture the sense of accomplishment as well as to encourage socialization. We offer Grant programs that help subsidize or give free classes and art supplies to TLC students.
Community Outreach
The Rainbow Palette provides a number of Outreach programs that help connect our students and artists with local residents, professionals, businesses and organizations with new audiences, offer arts education and inform the community about issues faced by people with disabilities, the elderly and low income adults.
Community Exhibitions are organized at community spaces such as commercial galleries, museums, parks, public buildings, and coffee houses. Annual exhibits include participation of students and artists with and without disabilities.
In the Studio
The Rainbow Palette offers art classes to students of all ages and abilities. The Studio has regularly scheduled classes in fine arts and crafts, museum studies and offers Birthday Parties.
Mobile Arts are accessible Arts & Craft Classes, Music & Workshops that are held throughout the Blackstone Valley and are designed for children and adults of all abilities and who don’t have access to other art education opportunities.
