Specializing in Art Instruction to people with Disabilities: Those populations with physical and mental limitations, people with low income along with the elderly, can benefit tremendously when given the opportunities for expressive and creative arts for TLC gives them the opportunity for self-expression, for developing confidence in oneself, for time to explore and think and to embrace imagination. This Program is offered to individuals with Low income and funded by state grants, Collaborative grants and fundraising projects.
Grant Description:
· LCC, 50% off tuition and supplies, Founded by grants given by the Massachusetts Cultural Commission.
· BVSA, 30% off tuition and supplies, funded by the Annual Blackstone Valley Sugaring Painted Bucket Auction (50% of the Proceeds).
· Laura's Ability Grant, funded by the sale of Laura O. Cenedella's art or gifts /money earned or materials and donated to The Rainbow Palette.
· Adopt a Student Grant, !00% of tuition and supplies. Students are required to give the Adoptee a signed Print of their work completed.
All Grants are given on the discretion of the Owner or the Board of the Rainbow Palette.
